Rat Dota

A style where a team avoids fights and takes buildings wherever the enemy is not: heroes split-push different lanes and teleport around. A "rat" is a player who does it.

Origin

• The Swedish team Alliance made it famous: at The International 2013 they won the title largely through split-pushing. Ever since, "ratting" means taking the base while the enemy is looking for a fight.
